Yes, we ship to many countries around the world including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and countries in the European Union, among others. To confirm whether we ship to your country, please check the list of destinations in the checkout process or contact us.
Note: International shipments do not include local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Mexico:
Free Shipping: Free shipping on all purchases made within Mexico. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.
Standard Shipping: If you prefer faster shipping, the cost will be automatically calculated during the purchase process and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
Express Shipping: We also offer express shipping service with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. The cost will be calculated automatically when you enter your address.
Rest of the World:
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all international purchases over $160 USD. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days depending on location.
Standard Shipping: By entering your address, the cost of standard shipping will be automatically calculated, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

RETURNS
You can start the size exchange or return process directly from your account on our website. Below we explain the process step by step:
Login:
- Visit our website www.zingarastore.com and click on "Login" at the top right of the page.
- Enter the same email address you used to make the purchase. You will receive a six-digit verification code in your email.
- Enter the verification code on the login page to access your account.
Select Order:
- Once inside your account, you will be automatically directed to the "Orders" section.
- Find the order that contains the product you want to exchange or return and click on it to view the details.
Request a Size Change or Return:
- Select the product you wish to change the size of or return, check the corresponding box and choose the reason for the return or exchange from a drop-down menu.
- If you have any additional comments about the product or the return, you can write them in the corresponding field.
Generate the Return Guide:
- Choose your shipping method for the return:
Home Collection: If you prefer the courier to collect the package from your home, select this option. The date and time will be automatically assigned based on the courier's availability.
Pickup at Shipping Point: If you prefer to take the package to a shipping point, select this option. A shipping guide will be generated that you can use to drop off the package at the nearest shipping point.
- Return Shipping Payment: If the cost of return shipping is your responsibility, we will provide you with instructions on how to complete it.
Packaging and Preparation:
- Pack the product in its original packaging or in a secure box, along with a printout of your purchase confirmation or any required progress documents.
- Print the generated return label and stick it securely on the package.
Delivery or Pickup:
- If you selected the home pickup option, make sure the package is ready for the assigned date and time.
- If you selected the pick-up point option, take the package to the designated pick-up point and deliver it for shipping.
Return tracking:
- You can track your return using the tracking number provided on the return guide. Check the status directly from your account on our website, in the "My Returns" section.
- We will notify you by email once we receive your return at our distribution center.
Result:
- Once the package is received, our team will review the product to ensure that it complies with our exchange and return policies.
- If the return is approved, we will send you an electronic coupon for the value of the product to use on future purchases in our online store.
- If it is a size change, we will notify you of the next steps, including paying for shipping of the new product.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges and returns for purchases made online cannot be made in physical stores.
- The approval process for returns or exchanges can take 48 to 72 hours once the package has been received at our distribution center.
Once we receive your package, we will notify you by email if the size exchange or return was authorized within 48 to 72 hours. If the exchange is approved, you will receive a link to pay for the shipping of the new product.
For returns, we issue an electronic coupon that you can use for future purchases at www.zingarastore.com . The coupon will be sent by email as soon as it is authorized.
